1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:

Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

Customers can make direct payments to our official business bank account.

2. Deposit Policy
For all vehicle purchases, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order:

Standard models: 10% of the total car price

Customized or special-order vehicles: 20–30% of the total price depending on specifications
Note: Your order will only be processed once the deposit is successfully received.
3. Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid before vehicle delivery or handover.

Payment confirmation must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

Failure to complete payment on time may result in delays or cancellation of your order (subject to forfeiture of deposit).
4. Invoice & Tax

All purchases will include a Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice.

For corporate customers, please provide accurate company details for invoicing.

Registration, licensing, and insurance fees (if arranged through Smartopic) will be itemized separately.
5. Payment Security
Your financial safety is our priority. All payment information is handled with strict confidentiality. Bank transfers should only be made to the official Smartopic account as provided in your confirmation email or contract.
Beware of fraud: Smartopic will never request payment to a personal bank account. Always verify with our hotline or email before making a payment.
6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of deposit payment. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Refunds are only available under specific conditions (e.g., product unavailability, manufacturing issues).
