1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and documents (e.g., warranty cards, manuals, accessories).

Returns are only accepted for non-customized vehicles and standard items.
Note: Vehicles that have been registered, customized, or modified are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, vehicle/item details, and reason for return.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong model delivered, defective on arrival).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

For vehicle returns, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
Note: Shipping, registration, and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Customized or special-order vehicles.

Vehicles that have been used, damaged, or altered.

Accessories that have been installed or show signs of use.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately at support@smartopic.com.
6. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. For vehicle orders, a deposit may be non-refundable depending on the model and processing stage.
